We produce ice cubes for gastronomy or private customers. Our ice cubes are particularly cold and therefore ideal for beverage cooling. The ice cubes are dispensed in a cooler bag
The unique Hoshizaki rinsing system ensures safe and hygienic ice production even in difficult conditions. Each cube is made individually and with fresh water.
1. With the water plate attached to the damper from below, the system is almost closed and protected from external influences and water loss. Each cube is produced individually, by a flushing jet into the cell. This ensures the best ice quality.
2. As the cube forms slowly, the water from the water tank is continuously flushed in. No additional water is required during production.
3. When the cube is ready, the electronics initiate hot gas defrosting. The water plate opens and the hot gas heats the evaporator. Now the residual water is also washed off.
4. The ice now falls from the evaporator into the storage tank, fresh water rinses the water plate and removes adhering particles while the reservoir is filled with fresh water to start a new production process.
